and holy hell, it was friggin hard. here is a brief synopsis:
stretch.
pushups till fail (for me, 43)
situps for 1 min (for me, weak...30ish)
more pushups
core excercises (makes muscles you didnt know you had sore)
more pushups
run 2 miles, 1 downhill, 1 uphill
run march in cadence back to the gym
stretch
more pushups to fail
more core excercises
stretch
more pushups
core
stretc
push u
push
pu
seriously. the thought of pushups just makes me wanna heave at the moment.
all things considered tho, im having a lot of fun so far. admittedly, its only 2 days in, but im diggin it.
